Purposes and legal bases
We process your contact details and the professional information in your enquiry to respond, prepare a proposal and maintain the related professional correspondence. Where you act for an organisation, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling that business enquiry, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where you personally seek to enter a contract with us, necessary pre-contract steps requested by you are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Website security
Technical data, including your IP address and browser information, is processed to deliver and protect the website and prevent spam and abuse. Our basis is the legitimate interest in secure, reliable services under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and connection signals when you use the proposal form. Cloudflare also processes these signals as a controller to improve its bot detection, as explained in its Turnstile privacy notice.
Providing your data
Using the form is voluntary. First and last name, email, organisation, applicant type and requested service are required to submit it; without them it cannot be sent. Referral source and message are optional. You can also contact us by email.
Recipients
Our hosting provider processes technical website data. Microsoft 365 provides email and storage for professional correspondence and our enquiry register. Cloudflare provides website security, including Turnstile. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised people and service providers involved in these purposes.
Retention
Professional-enquiry data is retained for 60 months from the last relevant interaction.
Security data is retained for the time needed to detect and investigate abuse, protect the services and meet applicable legal obligations. This period depends on the security purpose, any incident and the provider’s service; Cloudflare explains its retention criteria in its privacy policy.
International transfers
Microsoft and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their published data-protection terms provide for adequacy decisions where applicable and Standard Contractual Clauses for other covered transfers. See the Microsoft and Cloudflare transfer information below, or contact us for information about the applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons related to your situation. Send requests to [email protected]. You may complain to ANSPDCP or another competent supervisory authority, including where you habitually live or work.
